Thank you for your interest in adopting a PROUD Dog!

Here's what you need to do:

1. Please fill out an application & agreement below for the dog(s) that you are interested in making a forever part of your family and submit the application by simply clicking on the "submit" button when you are finished filling out the application OR print the completed application and mail it to:

At any step of the way, please do not hesitate to contact PROUD at info@prouddogs.org with any questions you might have. There are NO dumb questions, please feel free to ask.

2. Please allow up to 72 hours for a PROUD representative to contact you regarding your application. At this point the representative will discuss the possible adoption of the desired dog.

3. If PROUD deems that you meet all of the adoption requirements and that you and the desired dog make a good match adoption arrangements can be made at this time.

NOTE: PROUD reserves the RIGHT to refuse any applicant for any reason.

4. There is an adoption fee for puppies & dogs which includes spay or neuter and all appropriate vaccinations.

5. Happily ever after....

YOU MAY RECEIVE A FULL REFUND ON THE ADOPTION FEE FOR 30 DAYS AFTER YOU ADOPT THE DOG(S) IF YOU RETURN THE DOG(S). IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU RETURN THE DOG(S) TO PROUD IF YOU ARE NO LONGER ABLE TO CARE FOR THE ANIMAL FOR ANY REASON, AT ANY TIME IN THE DOG OR DOGS' NATURAL LIFE SPAN
